  This code is formulated with a view to specifying the design and construction of the vegetation concrete for eco-restoration of steep slopes in hydropower projects.
  This code is applicable to stable slopes ranging between 45°and 85°in hydropower projects, and also to similar slopes in other projects.
  The eco-restoration vegetation concrete shall be applied to safe and stable slopes. The additional load of vegetation concrete on the slope shall not impair the slope stability.
  The eco-restoration works using vegetation concrete shall follow the sustainability principle for long-term service.
  The eco-restoration works using vegetation concrete shall be adapted to local conditions, rationally designed, carefully constructed and well maintained and managed with due consideration of such factors as hydrological and meteorological conditions, slope conditions, vegetation conditions, construction conditions and project cost.
  Slopes are divided into hard rock slope, soft rock slope, soil-rock slope and barren soil slope. Different types of slopes shall be treated with different methods.
  In addition to this code, the eco-restoration of vegetation concrete on steep slopes of hydropower projects shall also comply with the current relevant standards of China.
